LDH should be processed on PE extrusion equipment. The following temperature profile is recommended as a starting point for cable sheathing extrusion.
Adjust the extrusion conditions according to cable structure, equipment configuration, screw design and actual melt condition.
For special extrusion equipment or cable jacket structures, please contact our technical team for processing guidance.
Final processing parameters should be confirmed through production trials under the customer's actual extrusion conditions.

FAQ
1. What is Black LLDPE Cable Sheathing Compound-LDH?
LDH is a black linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) sheathing compound for cable outer jackets.
2. Which standard does LDH meet?
LDH is designed to meet the black linear low-density polyethylene cable sheathing material requirements of GB/T 15065-2009.
3. Is LDH an insulation or sheathing compound?
LDH is a cable sheathing / outer jacket compound used as the protective polyethylene layer of cable constructions.
4. What is the difference between LDH and GH?
LDH is a black linear low-density polyethylene sheathing grade, while GH is the corresponding black high-density polyethylene sheathing grade. The supplied typical data lists densities of 0.935 g/cm³ for LDH and 0.955 g/cm³ for GH.
5. What mechanical properties does LDH provide?
Typical values are 28.5 MPa tensile strength and 800% elongation at break.
6. What environmental stress cracking performance is reported?
The typical environmental stress cracking F0 value is greater than 500 hours.
7. What carbon black performance is specified?
The typical carbon black content is 2.55%, with carbon black dispersion rated Grade 1.
8. What is the recommended extrusion temperature profile?
