(1) Masterbatch absorbs moisture after storage-particularly materials such as PET, ABS, PA, and PC-so it must be dried using the same process as the base resin to meet moisture content requirements.
(2) Great care must be exercised when blending masterbatches to achieve a specific color, as variations in shade and hue often occur.
(3) Masterbatch may react with other additives; this should be taken into account during use.
(4) Attention should be paid to the selection of the dilution ratio. While a higher dilution ratio reduces production costs, it is also constrained by the limitations of the processing equipment.
